By now, you have probably either seen or heard of the Dota 2 trailer, especially if you are as big a Dota 2 fan as I am. Just in case, though, you have been living under a rock for the past half a year or so and do not know where the trailer is or have not even seen it yet, then I can help you, big time. Simply head to the official Dota 2 website, and then view the trailer of the anticipated and upcoming video game right on your PC screen. Sounds easy enough, does it not? Here is the Dota-2-trailer below:

By the way, you are a little bit more than half a year late to this Dota 2 trailer if you are really only seeing it now for the first time. I have been watching it since August 15, 2011, the day that the Valve Corporation—which is the developer of Dota 2 or Defense of the Ancients 2—made it available for all us Dota 2 fans right on its official website. Even though I have already seen said trailer seemingly hundreds of times since more than half a year ago, I can’t get enough of it, which kind of makes a whole lot of sense when you think about why.

The Valve Corporation has been delaying the release of Dota 2 (it had originally been thought and expected that late 2011 would see the release of this action fantasy strategy video game), and even right now, it is still unclear as to when exactly the Valve Corporation is going to release this sequel to the Defense of the Ancients mod for The Frozen Throne and Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. You see, even though the Valve Corporation has come out and stated that 2012 would see the release of Dota 2, it has unfortunately come short of offering a specific date within 2012! That means no day or month was ever provided by the developer—just the year, 2012, is all we know.

I hope you can now see why I have been watching the Dota 2 trailer so much! Basically, it is the only thing that fans of Dota 2 have to tide them over until this multiplayer, standalone sequel finally is released later on in 2012. Well, actually, that is not entirely true. Let me tell you what else I have been doing as I continue to bide my time and wait with high anticipation for this great sequel to finally be released later in 2012. I have gone ahead and pre-ordered Dota 2. That’s right: I want to make sure that my copy of this game is reserved and waiting there for me on the very first day that this game is finally released. After all, it would make no sense for any true fan to do any less, especially when this game has already been delayed so much! If you are reading this, then I urge you to go ahead and do the exact same thing that I did, which is pre-order Dota 2 today.

At this point, all that I am doing is talking with my friends about Dota 2, watching the Dota 2 trailer and hoping that the Valve Corporation finally gets it together with regard to the release date of this sweet game! I can’t wait to finally experience this video game’s epic gameplay firsthand, and I desperately want to know what it will be like to control my hero character. Until the official release date, though, I suppose I will just watch the trailer and play the first Dota some more.

Man, each and every time I play a new video game, I always have to worry about the system requirements of the video game, and it is no different this time around with the Dota 2 system requirements. However, thanks to the developer of Dota 2, which is the Valve Corporation, both the minimum as well as the recommended system requirements for this video game have already been released. This means that, as you wait until the video game is finally released, you can make sure that your computer system is ready to be able to run Dota 2 once it is released.

By the way, here is a small word on the Dota 2 release date before I completely get into the Dota 2 system requirements. It turns out that Dota 2 will be delayed by the Valve Corporation to sometime in 2012, and people were actually expecting this video game to come out by the end of 2011! Right now, all that we officially know about the release date of this video game is that it is going to land in 2012, but the specific day and the specific month are a mystery at the time of this writing. Right now, Dota 2 is in its closed beta phase of game development, and it is quite obvious to me that the Valve Corporation is making sure that everything is running smoothly and without bugs before they release it to us gamers, which I can totally respect. However, what I do not respect is how long the developer is taking. Hurry up, Valve!

The good news, though, about the Dota 2 system requirements is that they are not going to tax your computer all that much. Let’s start with the minimum system requirements to run this game. Now, the minimum system requirements just mean that, if you have them, you will be able to play Dota 2 on your PC. However, if you want a more optimal experience in gameplay, I suggest you upgrade your PC so that you can reach the recommended system requirements for Dota 2. If you are already at the point where your PC supports the recommended system requirements, then more power to you!

The minimum system requirements are:

Operating System: Windows® 7 / Vista / Vista64 / XP

Processor: Pentium 4 3.0GHz

Memory: 1 GB for XP / 2GB for Vista

Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible video card with 128 MB, Shader model 2.0. ATI X800, NVidia 6600 or greater

Hard Drive: A minimum of 2.5 GB free space

Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

The recommended system requirements are:

Operating System: Windows® 7 / Vista / Vista64 / XP

Processor: Intel core 2 duo 2.4GHz

Memory: 1 GB for XP / 2GB for Vista

Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible video card with Shader model 3.0. NVidia 7600, ATI X1600 or greater

Hard Drive: A minimum of 2.5 GB free space

Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

If you can get your PC to meet the above requirements, then you are all good to go when Dota 2 finally hits later in 2012.

I have been waiting a long time for Dota 2, as I bet all of its fans have been. Because my enthusiasm for this video game is so high, I have honed in my skills with Dota 2 Ownage System, and I suggest you do the same thing. After all, when you have been waiting for months and months and months for Dota 2, the last thing you want is to wait some more even when the game is already out. If you want the best experience with this video game, I suggest trying to reach the recommended Dota 2 system requirements.

One of the big reasons that a lot of gamers the world over are expectantly awaiting the eventual release date of Dota 2 (Defense of the Ancients 2) is the Dota 2 gameplay, which, simply put, is nothing short of ambitious. Some of you might have already heard, but the gameplay of Dota 2 combines two approaches. First of all, the gameplay uses a traditional, top-down viewpoint, which is what you can normally expect out of basic real-time strategy games. Now, it combines this with what you normally can expect from a regular, old, role-playing game, and I am of course talking about the itemization system and the leveling system.

What I think is really cool about the Dota 2 gameplay is the way that players are made to face off against each other as either the Dire or the Radiant. As the Dire, you are based on the northeast corner of the battle map, but as the Radiant, you will be based at the southwest corner of the battle map. You get to control what is typically referred to as the “hero,” which is a tactically strong special unit that features a lot of special skills. Now, as you gain more and more combat and battle experience, you can lead this “hero” to a whole series of progressive levels, culminating in level 25, which is the highest you can possibly go in this game as the “hero.” The battle methods of this “hero” are hugely determined based upon the primary property of the character, which can be intelligence, agility or just physical power.

Dota 2 gameplay is based on a fundamental setup that involves putting two strongholds that have crucial structures named “ancient fortresses” at different ends of an equally balanced battle map. Said “ancient fortresses” are then joined by way of three major pathways (called “lanes” in DOTA 2’s world), which are then protected through defensive towers and regularly spitting forth waves of units. These numerous units are programmed to simply march from one side to another, fighting the aforementioned towers and any other units they come across along the way, too! Man, this all sounds so exciting that I just cannot wait until Dota 2 is finally released later in 2012 (the official release date is not specified, but we know that it is going to be sometime in 2012!). When you play, you will be divided into just two teams that are then made up of five players; the main purpose of these teams is to do battle as the main defenders of each “ancient fortress.”

If all of this detailed description of the Dota 2 gameplay sounds really entertaining to you and something that you want to spend a lot of hours playing, then by all means, make sure that you do what I did: order Dota 2 Ownage System! You heard me right. With this definite guide written by an Elite Underground Gamer, you will undoubtedly dominate the game.

What else can be talked about with regard to the sweet Dota 2 gameplay? The game focuses on combining the attraction of real-time strategy games’ top-down view with the wonderful, old-school characteristics of typical role-playing games, which are the itemization system and the leveling system. To me, this just screams, “Winner!” because of how ambitious this game sounds like it is shaping up to be. I have always thought that gameplay is a big component of making any great game…well…a truly great game, and it appears that Dota 2 will not disappoint in this respect at all.

If you are like me, then you no doubt are just waiting with baited breath for the release date of DOTA 2, or Defense of the Ancients 2! Unfortunately, though, DOTA 2 still has a few tests to go through at the time of this writing, which is why it is still stuck in its Dota 2 beta phase. What? You did not know that? Well, let me tell you that, as of right now, DOTA 2 is undergoing a beta phase that is closed to most people. Don’t believe me? It just so happens that I have this information from the Euro Gamer website, making it a pretty reliable indicator of just what exactly is going down with DOTA 2 at the moment!

A beta phase of video game development at least is good news because it means that DOTA 2 is already feature complete, so that is something to get a little excited about! As it relates to this game, though, a Dota 2 beta phase means that this game more than likely has a few bugs in it that still need to be dealt with, not to mention a bunch of performance as well as speed issues. However, don’t fret, though, because DOTA 2’s developer, the Valve Corporation, is clearly undergoing this Dota 2 beta phase stage just to make sure that, when all of us players finally see the final version, we will not be disappointed one bit at all. And that is definitely something well worth waiting for, is it not?

A beta phase like the one DOTA 2 is currently seeing is really for the good of all of us DOTA fans. You see, the whole point of the beta phase is to lessen the impact to us users when the game finally hits the street, and as it stands now, only a small group of players probably have access to DOTA 2, making sure that all the kinks are discovered before the final version is out. To that, I say, “Good! Thanks beta testers for investing your time and effort to make sure that DOTA 2 is bug-free when I get it in, hopefully, the near future!

I just want to also briefly give you a heads up concerning the actual release date of DOTA 2. It is sort of a mixed bag, but, hey, that does not mean that it is all bad. At the time of this writing, it is a sure bet that DOTA 2 will definitely be out sometime in 2012…but the bad news is that “sometime” part because the specific date in 2012 is currently unknown. I know…I know, I want to be able to play it right now, but that is the best that the Valve Corporation can do for us fans right now so I suppose we will all find out together just how much patience is really a virtue.

However, in the buildup to the actual release date of this game, I have decided to hone on my skills with the help of Dota 2 Ownage System so that I can be sure I am definitely going to be one of the few people to absolutely dominate the game when it comes out. Understandably, I urge you all to do the exact same thing, as few things are worse in life than waiting all this time for a game to come out and then not being able to play it right at the moment that it is released!

I am going to spend the time between now (the time of the DOTA 2 beta phase) and when DOTA 2 is finally released honing my skills. This means that I will go back to my DOTA mod for Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, just to make sure that, when DOTA 2 hits, I will be totally ready for it.

One of the hallmarks of every awesome video game is the kind of characters that you have at your disposal to control during the course of the video game, and the Dota 2 characters are certainly some of the most interesting and coolest to come along in any video game in quite a while. This is more than likely why this game is so hugely popular and why people are waiting with baited breath on the eventual release date of Dota 2. Unlike some other multiplayer games where the number and type of characters that the player controls is relatively few and not so impressive, as a result, Dota 2 really goes all out and allows players like you and me to have a lot selection.

Acquiring a deeper understanding of every character is the key to dominating the game. With in-depth character tutorial included in Dota 2 Ownage System, you just can’t help but pwn hard! Get it NOW!

Dota 2 is a unique game in which you get to control teams of characters, and said teams of characters go through every match with the purpose of attempting to ruin the opposing team’s fortified stronghold. In order to let the players try their hand at this objective, this video game known for its online, session-based, multiplayer activity provides players with amazing Dota 2 characters that are as diverse as can be. In fact, at the time of this writing, what is already known is that there will be upwards of 70 characters in this video game. That sure sounds like a whole lot of choice to make your Dota 2 experience beyond awesome, does it not?

Let’s quickly take a glance at some of these Dota 2 characters, just to see how entertaining and how diverse they are. I also want to briefly mention that all of these characters are classified as heroes since those are the only kinds of characters you can control in this video game. Such a hero character will be tasked with the purpose of taking part in team battles; now, these team battles usually take place along a row of lanes that are connected to the opposing bases, which are then lined with the defensive fortifications.

Some of the Dota 2 characters that are available to play as heroes include Bane (nothing like the Bane from Batman, LOL), Anti-Mage, Ancient Apparition (some ghostly type of hero character), Alchemist, Beastmaster, Death Prophet (with a ghostly green face and hair), Dragon Knight, Drow Ranger, Earthshaker, Enigma, Enchantress, Faceless Void (who has no eyes but a mouth full of teeth), Invoker, Juggernaut (nothing like the Juggernaut from the Marvel Comics Universe, LOL) and Phantom Assassin.

Okay, so it is without a doubt that all of these sweet-sounding characters are going to make for some ultra-engaging gameplay that you can just sink into for hours and hours on end. However, the minor problem at the time of this writing is that Dota 2 currently does not have a definitive release date. Sure, the Valve Corporation has come out and said that 2012 will be the release date of the video game, but the day and the specific month have not been made public yet. I have dealt with this by pre-ordering Dota 2; after all, when the developer does release this game, I want to be one of the very first to get a crack at it. I suggest that you also pre-order Dota 2, just in case!

I am looking forward to this video game, and it is not just due to the Dota 2 characters, though they are awesome-sounding. I am also looking ahead to the sweet gameplay and the multiplayer features of this video game! So whenever in 2012 Dota 2 does finally come out, I will be ready to play it like there is no tomorrow.

I know exactly how you feel: The DOTA 2 game is just on the horizon, but you have not heard anything concrete about the Dota 2 release! I hate to be the one to break you the somewhat bad news, but as it stands right now, the game actually has no definite release date. All that is known about the release date of this game is that it is going to be out sometime in the year 2012. That is all! That is a bummer to be sure, but at least the reason that DOTA 2 is still not out is a very good one and a very practical one.

You have all heard, no doubt, about something called beta testing, right? Essentially, the beta phase of any video game development is when a video game gets tested by a select, few people to make sure that, when you and I get it, everything in said game is running totally smoothly. In other words, a beta phase of a video game is necessary so that you and I are not swearing when we get the game, and we have to find all the bugs instead of the beta testers! So even though Dota 2 release is still unknown at this point—except that it is going to be in 2012, sometime—that can still be a good thing. Here is why.

According to sources like Euro Gamer, DOTA 2 is currently in its closed beta phase stage of development. This means that this game is having any bugs and performance as well as speed issues worked on by the group of select game testers. Now, while I would clearly want this game out right now so that I can play it to my heart’s content, I know that it is more responsible to do what the Valve Corporation (the game’s developer) is doing with the closed beta test. I mean, let us assume for a second that the developer was not this accountable to all the fans of this game. In that scenario, the Valve Corporation would release DOTA 2 prematurely, but it would fail to make sure all bugs are discovered and eliminated. In turn, this would mean that, yes, while you and I would be able to play it right now, the game would likely be full of bugs, which would kill our enjoyment of it anyway! So you see, even though the Dota 2 release is still not definite—that is a good thing. Better to be safe than sorry, right?

What can you do while you are waiting on this game, you might ask? Simple: Just hone on your Dota skills until the developer makes an official Dota 2 release announcement! With Dota 2 Ownage System on your arson, you are going to acquire a deeper understanding of every hero, master the art of ganking, last hit with devastating accuracy and crush your opponent with superior map control!

Yes, I feel your pain. Yes, it is a crying shame that the Dota 2 release is not definite and only sometime in 2012. However, this is for a very good reason: to make sure that you can enjoy this fantasy action strategy video game without any glitches when it is released. Surely, waiting just a little bit longer is totally worth it, no? Of course it is. So until we do get a definite release date, just sit back, hone your skills and think of how much fun it will be to completely dominate DOTA 2!

I bet you are just dying to find out what the exact Dota 2 release date is, right? I am totally with you on that desire, but, unfortunately, the company who makes Dota 2, which is the Valve Corporation, still has not yet announced an official and definite release date! However, before you get all worked up, know that what is definite is that this game will see a release date sometime this year in 2012. At least that is what the news was late last year, but I do not have any reason to believe, at the time of this writing, that this is going to change anytime soon. As a matter of fact, the Euro Gamer website featured an article that included a quote from none other than Valve Corporation boss Gabe Newell himself, and in said quote, he confirmed late last year that 2012 would be the release date of Dota 2.

In the meantime, be sure to check out Dota 2 Ownage System – a Step by Step Blueprint to absolutely DOMINATE Dota 2 from an Elite Underground Gamer.

While I know that this is probably not what you had in mind regarding the Dota 2 release date because you are just dying to get your hands on this game and play it as soon as possible, the Valve Corporation has an enormously good reason for this lack of specificity. As it stands right now—exactly as you are reading this very sentence—Dota 2 is presently experiencing a closed beta phase to make sure that when the game does ship, it is going to run very seamlessly. After all, when you do get your hands on Dota 2, you will want to have a game that is going to suck you right in and not a game that is still full of bugs!

We all know that this game is a fantasy-strategy-action mix, and it will be a standalone sequel to the highly popular Defense of the Ancients or DOTA mod for both The Frozen Throne as well as Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. But did you know how DOTA 2 is going to be released? Well, I have discovered that DOTA 2 is going to see a release by way of a download through Stream, which is the Valve Corporation’s content delivery platform. This is significant because DOTA 2, at the time of this writing anyway, still does not have a business model, yet the developer is already looking ahead to making sure that all of its fans—like you and I—are able to get this game in a convenient fashion. I think you should also know that Stream is the platform on which the game has been designed to operate for not only the initial game launch, but also the subsequent update deliveries.

Now, even though the Dota 2 release date is still unspecified, you might well already know that this game is going to run on either Mac OS X or Microsoft Windows and feature multiplayer gameplay. That aside though, I am looking forward to DOTA 2’s session-based, online multiplayer feature, which gives me and my team the chance to completely wipe out my enemy’s fortified stronghold during the course of any given match! I can’t wait for the release date of this game because I want to be able to see for myself how awesome the gameplay for DOTA 2 is already rumored to be. I mean I think it will be quite sweet to say the least, especially when you consider that the view of the game is a traditional, top-down perspective, which is something that I have always enjoyed in real-time strategy games. However, what gets me really excited at this point in time—and mind you that I have not actually played this game, though—is that the gameplay also incorporates leveling as well as an itemization system that you normally only see inside a role-playing game! Talk about the best of both worlds.

I hear your frustration about how the specific Dota 2 release date is still up in the air, but I am doing something at this time in anticipation of whenever said specific date will finally be announced. Though I wish I could play this game right now, I am instead looking to give myself the best advantage to dominate over my opponents by purchasing Dota 2 Ownage System! That’s right: this definitive guide to Dota 2 will help you master the art of ganking, last hit with superior accuracy and crush your opponents with unparalleled map control. I am passionately urging you to do the exact same thing to achieve God-LIKE status!

I am just sitting on the edge of my seat at this point and biding my time until the real Dota 2 release date is finally made public by the Valve Corporation. Until that time, I am going to hone my skills further by playing the Defense of the Ancients mod so that I can be ready for when DOTA 2 comes out!

Be sure to check out Ethan Storm’s Dota 2 Ownage System and come back here to post your review about it. I’d love to hear from you as I am sure it will give you a ‘Dominating’ edge over your opponents!
